Meet the Founder

Mona Rifai Khalaf is a personal development and transformational coach, therapist and trainer, and the founder of the Harmony center.​ Although she established the center in 2006, Mona has been working in the field of personal development and holistic healing since the year 2000. She holds a BA in Public administration from the American university of Beirut, and she used to have a successful career in the travel business. Her deep interest in the mysteries of the universe and human potential led her to follow her passion. Her life shifted since then and she founded Harmony in 2006, a holistic and self development center aiming to spread awareness through programs of self improvement and holistic healing via Harmony team as well as international trainers.

Since no single approach can offer all the solutions, she has been trained in a range ­­of powerful modalities that have been proven to bring fast and effective results. Now seeking to contribute her experience, skills and expertise to your personal life or to your business. Her professional certifications include NLP, Hypnosis, Enneagram personal and executive coaching, life coaching, Quantum touch, Reiki, EFT, Timeline, Touch for health, transformational coaching, mind power, as well as may other holistic and mental techniques. Mona is a registered Quantum touch instructor with the Quantum touch organization in the USA. She believes that learning is a life long process, and educates herself on a continuous basis in the power of the mind and human potential, energy techniques, higher awareness, and the latest personal development technologies. ​
