"I have tried nearly everything for about 4 years. I used to watch youtube videos everyday for personal growth and empowerment, thinking that if i can find it for free why shall I pay for it. Well I found the information however it didnt help me, I applied every single information yet i was still stuck nothing was changing. So I went to therapy but I wasn't seeing any progress. Then I found "Harmony center"! After the first session with Mona to my surprise I was able to see the shift in my emotional state. I was thrilled so after a week I was telling my friend about "Harmony" and Mona's empowerment sessions and how it changed me from the inside! I exactly said to her you might not see the difference but I feel this huge transformation in me, to my surprise my friend affirmed my saying by stating that I have changed drastically... I was aggressive and always looking for a fight with anyone but now I'm way calmer. At home, I just couldn't show my parents my love for them I wasn't able to show any type of sentiments! I used to kiss my mum and dad only on occasions "literally" and find it very hard to do so ! I used to wake up angry feeling tired. Now i show them love everyday! I am full of life ! My mum even pointed out that my sister went to a therapist for a year however she hasn't seen half of the improvement I accomplished in the first sessions! At work, I have been asking my manager to change my office for about 2 years with no use. After starting with the empowerment sessions with Mona, without even asking her she changed my office to the office i have been dreaming of! I wont lie I still get angry sometimes but these toxic feelings stay superficial they go away in no time, before whenever I used to be angry or hurt I used to feel it in my soul it used to devastate me for weeks. " I came to Mona at the end of 2007, initially for NLP and Life Coaching services. " I came to Mona at the end of 2007, initially for NLP and Life Coaching services. I ended up taking several classes there, such as Crystal Healing, Reiki (up to Master level), Quantum Touch, EFT 1 and 2, Voice Healing, Success Intensive Workshop,Yoga.... . I was always eager to read and learn more and I thank Mona for her very important role on my spiritual journey!!! For example, thanks to the life coaching sessions , I left my full time job in 2008 to pursue a diploma in Aromatherapy.
